Newcomer's Energy Request

My life has taken a turn for the worst in the past few months; I tell myself it's the balancing out of the extremity I was experiencing prior to my depression...but I realize that I have work to do in order to see any recovery.
My intention cannot see beyond a few minutes from now, and all I see is incompletion. I'm asking for healthy prayers & mantras from you wonderful people as I begin making new decisions, allowing myself the joy of change (however painful).

I'm simply asking for your love & well-wishes; for me to see that I have it in myself to do anything I'd like to do. That I'm worthy of my dreams so long as I'm willing to aspire toward them.

Thank you everyone; I'm grateful for your support & enthusiasm, it means much to know you've given me your healing & your blessings. I'm doing well, as an update...trying to remember the path to redemption is slow & imperfect.
I'm staying active, eating healthier & accepting the nature of things instead of fighting the world around me.
So far the depression has subsided a good deal & I'm feeling increasingly capable in my daily activities.
