in need of back help

hello all,

I am having back probalms again. The one where you need to lie on the floor and take lots of pain pills for and muscle relaxents. It is my lower back and it is bothering me enough I can not concentrate enough to reiki myself. So I am asking for some good healing energy to help with this situation.

I wanted to thank everyone for there help. It has gotten me up and around and stopped taking advil. I am seeing my hubby's chiro tomorrow which I should have done last year. Oh well live and learn. Thanks again.
