What do you think is the most important part of staying healthy?
Is it nutrition, medicine, excercise or anything else. I don't mention these to limit the topic so if you have other ideas please share with us.

I think it is the state of mind you are in above all else. It is your mental and emotional self.
So I guess I would say meditation. and if it goes into the physical, then I'd say yoga, and the nutrition.
I think the nutrition and the exercise go hand in hand... when I exercise i don't want junk food... when I don't exercise I crave grease and junk...
I really don't know if I even gave you an answer! :)

I agree with Shnen....It's part of your state of mind...If you think "oh, I'll do it tomorrow" or whatever, will it actually *get done*?
But also, I think it's a bit of excercise and nutrition... If you don't exercise or eat properly you aren't really doing anything right..

I agree with balance. You need to keep the body fit, and your emotional/mental self happy, to keep a balance. If your mentally balanced, you will be physically fit.

too much of anything is bad for you. everything in moderation leads to a healthy, full existence.
btw, where the hell you been adrenaline junkie?! haven't seen you in quite a while!
