Questions will pop up when I am reading the board, other resources, and think about it. If everything will be like I planned it, tomorrow I will setup an altar :)

I wanna have a green cloth on it, two candle holders (one with a red candle and one with a green candle), a mirror, some fresh flowers, a central candle holder with a white candle, a nice pentacle, a cauldron (I don't have any idea where to get that!) an incense burner with nice incense (does it matter which flavor?) , a mirror, rose quarts and more things will be added along the way. Does anyone have tips for me?

welcome! i found a cute little on-line store that has all kinds of neast stuff, and some links too. Not too sure of the exact address,(it is bookmarked for me) but you can search for it. it is called The Capricorns Lair. you can find all sorts of incenses, cauldrons, chalices, pentagrams, etc., that you may find quite likable.

As far as incense goes...some people keep different kinds for spellwork they are going to do, or the season or the sabbat or the day, it just depends on how often you want to change it.
I personally use Sandalwood a lot, and assorted for most ordinary days. I have some special incense I use for Sabbat days or certain spellwork. Generally if you must, you can use any kind. In my trad anyhow.
As for your alter. At first you should just keep it simple. Only invest in what you will use immidiately. Caldren's are expensive, but I have a feeling if you scan the second hand stores and antique stores, maybe the Gods with smile upon you. ;)
Candles are great for concentration....I invest in them.
