Hi, everyone!

I've been all over Google and can't quite find what I'm after, so I thought I would turn to my knowledgeable Mystic Wicks friends! I'm looking for information on Gods and Goddesses that relate to infertility. Now, I've been able to find information on Gods and Goddesses that CURE infertility, but that's not exactly what I'm after. What I'm looking for is Deities that are either infertile themselves, or comfort those who are infertile. Perhaps patron/matron Deities of those who suffer from infertility. Other spirits who function in the same way would also be appreciated (e.g., faeries, saints, etc.).

Thank you so much in advance for any help you can offer!

The Egyptian goddess Mut was considered infertile.

In the contents box look for the assimulation of Mut and it will tell you a little bit.

Thank you! This is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for. I'm especially interested that she adopted a son.

Thank you again!

Not the that I would consider theistic satanism the best of sources, it came up first in a google search and I have seen this elsewhere

"In that She has always been associated with sex and fornication, Lilith is not all that different from such fertility goddesses. But She is different in one very important way: Her influence was not considered to be very lucky if you expected to conceive a child during sex. In fact, we might call Lilith an infertility goddess - a spirit who encourages Her worshipers to have wild animal sex strictly for pleasure and never for procreation!"

Actually, although Theistic Satanism really isn't my bag personally, Lilith is a great suggestion and one I probably should have thought of before (and probably would have if I wasn't yelling at the computer, "Not CURES infertility!"). :D

Thank you!
