Normally I don't do magik. I only study various things but I don't actually perform magik. But I think that will change.
I was with a girl. She was the only human being that knows everything about me. But she decided to leave me after 3 months of a really good relationship. She does this cuz "She doesn't deserve me" as she puts it. And that's the wrong reason. I tried to talk her out of it, but that doesn't help. So I'm stuck. Magik only brings up hidden feelings, right? Anyway, I am so lonely and incomplete, magik seems like the only way to get her back.
Please give me your views on this cuz I'd like them. I know stupid magik-kiddies bore often when asking for spells, but I want one that comes out of the heart. So I need to write my own (how?) or I need one. It seems like the only way.
Thank you so much in advance!!

Greetings Mark,
Magick is not the answer here. Not deserving you is an excuse. I got a letter once that stated she didn't "want to take me down" with her - this was my wife of eight years. Roll with the punches because they will just keep coming. Maybe this is a blessing. I know it is not easy loosing someone but there is another around the bend.
There is an old saying: If you love something, let it go free. If it comes back, it is yours. If not, then it was never meant to be.
Go with that and come sit on the porch and have some of BlueCats wonderful lemonade. Lemonade, you will find, is the essence of life.

I hope you don't mind, I drew a Tarot card for you.
Queen of Cups: This tells of a little confussion. You look into the mirror and find the image, in the mirror, clearer then your own image. This is a time of reflection. You may have to ask yourself - and I mean REALLY ask yourself - is this truly what I want? This is not the end: though it may feel that way. Would having her back really help? Help What? Now is the time to move on. The mirror is just an image and you must go past that.
Wish I could do more.
Blessings,

Well I have looked inside myself. There's still stuff in my own life I have to get over. I met this girl on the internet, and I have loved her quickly. Maybe because it's safer and easier to be dumped, cuz I'm a really romantic guy, you know, lighting candles, nice music, some nice food, roses, and that stuff. Possibly I asked her too soon to love me, or something like that.
Anyway, I really want to be loved, because I wasn't loved enough when growing up (even though I still am) and a girlfriend really makes me feel better. Not for sex or anything - it's nice, but not required. I just like the intention of someone loving me. Someone that I can touch, hold and embrace, and can talk to. Basically, I need a hug, preferably from her, because I've visited her one week ago and it seemed perfect. But she broke up with me yesterday and it hurts - even though we will remain friends. I won't do magick, I promise.

Look into the mirror. Look Hard! The answer lies within. I am sure you will find it.
Talk with me and the others here. I'm sure you will find what it is that you seek.
I understand your pain. And I am glad you chose against Magick, right now.
Blessings, little brother.

Yes... I think this is cuz I want to help her more in her life then I want to help myself...
This is a time of reflection. You may have to ask yourself - and I mean REALLY ask yourself - is this truly what I want? I have looked into myself today. I've asked myself and there are two things. There's confusion but also there's a definate yes.
This is not the end: though it may feel that way. Would having her back really help? Help What? Now is the time to move on. The mirror is just an image and you must go past that.
I can't really go past it. It's too fresh. I want her back with everything I have. She is my angel and I can't lose her - she was more then only a girlfriend. I am sure she and I are soulmates. We keep on being friends but I want her to not leave my life again. It's hard for me to not hear her tell me she loves me, and it's also hard not to get her embraces anymore...
Thanks Rantraven

I've had a really rough night and woke up early. When I wake up, the first thing that pops up in my mind is her. I really want her back, I don't think I'm stubborn, it's just that it hurts really much not to have her back into my life. It's great to be friends but I want more, I cry so much and life really is a drag. Sorry to bore you.

You are not a bore.
relationships are hard - and i know this because i have kept my bestfriend/boyfriend for 4 years now.
We have broken up 3 times - for different lengths, a week, a month, 3 months.
If this girl is important to you - just because she is not hugging you - does not mean you can stop being her friend and trying to help her. Continue helping - she may just be scared, and instead of taking that personally understand that there is something not balanced within her, too.
You said you were not helping yourself, and for you to help others and be in a meaningful reltionship - you have to help yourself first.
You said you were not loved enough, maybe you should meditate on this to understand it completely, and concentrate on your own problems for a little bit. Likeratnraven said - look in the mirror. Maybe a little "magic" for yourself is necessary. But i would give it a little bit of time to understand it first.
maybe she will come around once you do...

I am feeling better atm, she and I both decided to be the bestest (is that a word) friends, I really am happy for that. I have to be honest - I want her back, but I have a feeling that it's up to fate or whatever if it will happen.
Rantraven, I have one more question to you - since I feel different from my first post, I want to ask you if you would draw another card for me please. They help me.
Thank you all for your replies

The card was drawn: Eight of Swords.
This continues to indicate a little confussion. It also says that there is something that could happen that is intense and full of desire and, perhaps, passion. However, it would be short-lived and only temporary. That is just the way of the cards young brother.
I will conduct a full spread later if you like. A Celtic Cross might tell more. Let me know and shall read them for you.

The Celtic Cross starts with three cards. The first is the Significator, the second sits on top of the first and really get's to the matter at hand. The third is placed on the horizon - like a cross (This is a blocking card). Then next four are north, south, east and west. They tell of spirit and better tell of the three cards in the middle.
The last four speak of the future. They are placed to the left, vertically from bottom to top. There 11 cards in all.
Thank you for your trust. I would never try to mislead you.

Your Significator: (This card is about you and who you are) Ace of Wands. This is a great card for you. It tells of a creative energy that lies within. It speaks of aspirations and things to come. However, don’t hold your breath.
The Second Card: (It is about the issue at hand) Seven of Swords. Shows great conflict in the inner-self. There is something that perplexes you (duh!). But I feel, through this card, that there is something else. Something that may stand in the way. A force that you feel cannot be reckoned with.
Third: (The blocking force). Five of Swords. The star of Geburah. Very interesting card. The symbols are metal, wood, water, fire and earth – each able to destroy the other. This tells me of conflict and emotional imbalance. Like I said before, this is a time of reflection and to gather thoughts. Perhaps your love holds you in it’s binds but, that love is confusing. See through it or beyond it. I think you can get passed this one.
4 – 7 (South, North, West and East (in that order)):
Four of Pentacles: This is an Earth card and one of little movement. It indicates resistance to change. I will explain all of this when we get to the last card.
Nine of Pentacles: (Tough card) This card represents meaning. Meaning of life and relationship. It also indicates imbalance.
Ten of Wands: A card of purity and worship. Your heart is at hand here. Spirituality is in the mix but you must see it. This is critical.
Six of Cups: Philosophy! Time to reflect (reflection again) on what is real and what is not. The time has come that you look at what it is you need and what you already have. It is easy to look towards to future and forget the present while disregarding the past.
What does this mean?: Well. Once again I bring up the word – confusion. The cards depict a very simple picture here. You might be looking to the Earthy things in life and turning against that which you know is correct and true. Forsaken to none, your plight could cause harm in the end. In your fight, do not miss that there are others like you that have loved and lost. The beauty lies with your Deity. Search in her and find your true fight. Your fight is not physical but, rather, mental. And your foes are not armed well.
The Future:
Knave of Pentacles, Queen of Pentacles, The Priestess (II), and The Fool:
Knave of Pent. (A card of Taurus): Of Earthly confines. It expresses a need, a want and desire. However, it speaks of the need of soul – something that you might be missing right now.
Queen of Pent: She is one of intuition. Instinctive but never one of haste. She thinks things out but will never act without pondering the balance.
The Priestess: Dig into your feminine side. This could answer a lot of questions for you. Don’t be shy. The Answer lies within.
The Fool: Sort of the Wild Card. Take this for it’s worth but do not play it down. The cards were drawn and, hopefully, speak to you as they did to me. Read these words. Make your thought. The balance will come with time and you need to remain patient.
If she is yours, they yours she shall be. If not, then search your heart. It is a strong heart. And there are many more fish in the sea.
Blessings to you,
RnR

Blessings, Brother.
Tree of Swords, The Magician, Seven of Pentacle and Eight of Swords.
These cards were drawn.
You have been around for a while, and I don’t mean 1955. The Magician holds the symbol of eternity. A sign that this life might be fairly new but life, in itself, is not.
However, there is a sense of imbalance in the last two cards. One indicates that you are a bit out of alignment with the Earth or, your Chakra are off balance a bit. The last, Eight of Swords tells that you may be having an issue with duality. There is something within you that could be giving chase to a thought or an idea you have. Settle your soul and glance within. You appear to have a huge question and are groping for the answer. Quit looking below, the answer floats at the surface.
I guess I mean, pull your head out of the water – the answer is right there!!!
Sorry, the cards.. You know.

Thanks, brother...
I have always known about my past lives, so this only cements all that. I also agree that I am a 5...I have been delving into the numerology thread, as well.
I also agree that there are a couple of issues that have deeply concerned me lately and, yes...I know what to do, but confirmation is always a good thing.

I think some of y'all have missed a crucial little line here. vocis noctis said:
"Anyway, I really want to be loved, because I wasn't loved enough when growing up (even though I still am) and a girlfriend really makes me feel better. "
A girlfriend is just the band-aid son. She is not the solution to the base problem you have. You need to learn to love yourself before you can truly give love to others. You need to reconcile your feelings about your past. You need to forgive those people and bring about some closure. Find at least one silver lining around the black cloud and you will start to change your perceptions on your past. You need to feel happy with yourself and know yourself before you know love. Love all that is around you and yourself.
You are also very young, love isn't the feeling you have with those chance romances that pop up. Love is something that grows and cultivates as you share your lives together. We use love for lack of a better word but it really and honestly is more of lust, excitement about meeting someone new and learning all sorts of new things about them. It isn't something you should get married over. There needs a better word. You have too much of life yet to witness to get hung up on someone. You should accept people for what they are and not expect to always have an intimate relationship. If you become intimate or exclusive, learn about and from them and have a good time. Don't put high expectations on them, don't throw around "I love you"s. Just let the relationship take its time and run its course.
This is a common problem today. everyone is looking for someone to "love" but they really don't know what it is. People think someone else's love will fill thier void but the truth is only you can change that which is lacking inside of you. Yes another person's love feels good but are you just being an emotional vampire? Even if you return some of it, is it really even? After they've been with you, do they just feel tired and drained? This situation needs some deep meditation and honesty with yourself.
