I love these. I'm saving up for either the Practical Magic Spell Book or the Moon of The Bleeding Hearts. a bit pricy but i LOVE them, I'll prob be saving for quite a while though with the damned Aussie exchange rate lol:awilly:

It would actually be really easy to bind a book in the fashion of that Practical Magic thing. Then you could add whatever kind of cover you like, and I daresay it'd be a fraction of the price. The only expensive part would be the leather, if you decide to go with leather.
That said, they're really pretty.

I saw a similar site like that in the past, it inspired me to make my own. Mine isn't leatherbound but it's covered in velvet.

Hmmmm...take an old book or blank journal that's the size you want and cover it and then paint it. If you want a raised image, then make it out of cardboard and glue it to the book and then cover it, and make sure you get it in between any areas you don't want raised. If you use an old book, you can write out what you wan in the BOS and glue/tape it in, paint over the pages, or find some other unique way.
