I've had a really rough week, which is why I haven't been around.
This past Tuesday evening, my little brother took his life. He was only 23. His roommate came home around 10:30 that night and found him. As the rest of my family is out of state, I had to go down and identify him. It was horrible.
I'm still not doing very well. I'm glad I started working again Monday, because if I had to sit home all day every day I'd have lost my mind by now.
This is going to be a rough weekend. I think the only thing that will get me through this is knowing that my "family" here is pulling for me. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I'm about ready to lose it.

I can see why you had a rough week, i can't begin to say the words that will give comfort to you and your lose, but rest in the knowledge that your brother has only crossed over to another reality and if you want you can still talk with him. We lose so many of our young people and there seems to be no reason but i think we all know there is a reason, we just don't know it. Your brother has been transformed but you are still here...you must go on, he will help you when you need him. We don't die, we transform, and we can still connect. Peace to you, peace and comfort from your
higher self.

My sister tried, but didn't quite succeed. I can tell you to try to not be angry with him--and don't blame yourself or anyone else.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Bella, I'm so sorry about your loss. I lost two stepbrothers - one to suicide, and five years later, one to "suspect circumstances" in South Africa.

It's not easy, but hang in there, and allow yourself to feel all your emotions. It's all right to feel angry and abandoned, and it's all right to grieve for them.
