Alright I use the Mythic Deck and a spread that is souly my own:

Past/Present
Six of wands under the Eight of Pentacles: Your job is steady at the moment you are emotionally stable with what you have to do for a living, it is not a problem and is something you are talented at.

Future:
Five of swords over the five of pentacles: Your going to run into a finacial problem that will only be solved by your understanding of the situation or why you are in this position.

Turmoil: (any problems or worries you currentally have)
Two of wands under the two of pentacles: It appears your worried that you ideas or new goals at work are not going to work, though you have the talent or position to work them out you are afraid to take the steps.

The Answer:
The Chariot under the Emperor: To over come your worry or the position you find yourself in you need to realize that you are going to have to face this head on with strong footing and to beleive in yourself.

The Outcome:
The Queen of Swords: To take the stand you need to let go of others helping you, you need to be strong within yourself, but that doesn't mean don't take advice. Don't let your chance to realize these goals slip away, don't let these ambitions pour out onto a dry and dead land.
