I had a post a long while back about a new puppy we had gotten, but it didn't work out with her. She attacked my oldest son, went for his throat, so we had to give her to a childless neighbor. After that I had given up on getting a dog (I'm more of a cat person anyway), and my hubby had practically forbid us trying for another dog. But about a month ago I was cruising CraigsList for a kitten when I opened an ad that wasn't specifically labeled. Up popped this pic of this gorgeous dog. Something about her struck me. So I mailed the lady and went to see the dog. Well, we clicked, and I got her.
She's awesome! Really well trained, fixed, microchiped and everything. And I couldn't beat the price, FREE! Her name is Carlie, around 3 years old, and she appears to be a Shepard/Chow mix. And best yet, my husband absolutely adores her! Hell, EVERYONE does!
So, here is the newest member of our family.
