I just found this great site for free desktops and postcards ~ I even just got my new avatar from there ;) and downloaded the Goddess Tarot desktop picture which now is colouring my screen :)

Cool! I love most anything tarot and goddess related! I'll have to wait until I get home to put it on my desktop though.....hopefully it won't slow my computer down too much! I find that wallpaper, screensavers and desktop themes have a way of doing that. :(

Glad you like it :) It looks great and you just save it as a picture, and dont really download it..
.. didnt know about them slowing the memory down.. ill have to see too :rolleyes: my computer is already slow enough at loading!

Yep, most any pictures that you load onto your computer will slow it down, because they need to use so much memory! Small, simple screensavers and wallpaper isn't bad, it's the more elaborate ones that really leave it bogged down. I have the option to use desktop themes, but don't becuase it really slows down my computer! :D

Just keep your eyes on it.....if it's too slow.....delete it. ;)

It looks really a powerful and beautiful deck ~ do you find it easy to use? ive had alook through all the pcitures of the major and minor on that site and they look as though youd be able to get loads from them? :)

I have several different decks, & I rarely use them. The one I use is The Herbal Deck, mostly because I've used it for years & I'm used to it. It has a plant association on every card, & I've learned some new stuff because I'd never heard of some of the plants & had to look them up.
I also have two different G*ddess/Oracle (not tarot) decks & use them both.
