Thanks again for all your loving thoughts for my puppy. Now I have a question. The doc said to feed him a bland diet for a few days. He fed the puppy an egg in his office and he ate it up! What else should I feed him? I've heard liver and rice is good for them. Can he eat human baby food?

Boiled chicken breast is great!

I don'r see why he couldn't eat baby food..

Well if the vet said a bland diet, he/she should of gave you a list of foods they want you to feed him. Bland could mean different things.
It could be flavorings, digestibility, or even both.
Soft or liquefied foods?
Wet or moist foods?
High in digestive aides like yogurt and cottage cheese?
Gentle like broths and baby foods?

I'd ask the vet for recommendations.

Chicken breast IS a good one. But, I also agree with Shanti that s/he should have told you WHAT...
