since it's the full moon tonight i wanted to cleanse and consecrate my magick mirror. i've got some books that mention it like some of scott cunninghams. but i was looking for chants or little blessings that i can use as a formula to help me write my own. i'd really appreciate it if anybody could help me. thank you!

If you're wanting to write your own start from stratch! Just start by thinking of what all your intentions are for the ritual, then form some words and actions that reflect (no pun intended) the effect you're wishing the ritual to have. Sorry I don't have anything else for you but I usually work spontaneously and don't keep it written down.

I'm like Maya too. My spells & chants are more like spontaneous prayers. Though, I do like to write down what I will need & what I want to achieve with a particular ritual. Nothing more distracting than running around looking for something in a middle of a ritual. :)
For this mirror cleansing - think about what you want to use it for, what will you need to do this cleansing? Will you be using salt water or incense smoke? Will you be charging it with positive energies? I like doing that because I always feel that once you've cleaned out the negativity, if you don't put something there, it's like a black hole. :D
After reading your question again, I realized I wasn't very helpful at all. :(

You might start with something like "Lovely Lady of the Moon, fill this mirror with your reflected light"...

When we made self-blessing mirrors in our Women's Circle, we cleansed them with sage tea. It smelled so wonderful that I went home and made up a batch to use for altar and sacred space cleansing.
My rituals are spontaneous also, I've had difficulty writing things for the past few years. What comes out spontaneously is from the heart and turns out to be exactly what needs to be said.
