Dehydrating

Help I am going to dehydrate some strawberries tonight but I was wondering about jerky in the dehydrator anyone have any ideas? Do I have to have anything special?

Are you drying strawberries or making fruit jerky?

I got a dehydrator last summer & I love it! I have some recipes that came with my dehydrator. If you're just drying the fruit, you can put the pieces on the rack. I did peaches & blueberries last year.

Right now I am just drying some fruit I am doing strawberries. I figure they will be easier to store this way.:)
