The Spiral Tarot

I just purchased the Spiral Tarot. I've been looking through the deck and I really like the minors, but the majors give me a headache to look at. Does anyone else have the deck? Any thoughts?

That was my first deck. I really like most of the symbology, and it is really nice artwork.

Yes, I like the art work. I'm not really sure what turns me off to the major arcana cards. I saw pictures of the whole deck on trionfi.com and thought they were beautiful, but when I actually had them in my hands I didn't like the majors. Oh well! I'm still going to try and read with them. Hopefully I'll learn to like the majors.

I got the Spiral Tarot as a gift but couldnt really connect to it. Ive hardly used it since. I am willing to trade it for any other deck.

I started using mine yesterday. I'm actually surprised at how well they read, even though I didn't connect with the majors at first. I'm glad I got this deck, it's very direct.

Yes, they speak to me too. I'm really connecting with this deck. I've been reading with it exclusively for a week now. I've never done that before!

This is my favorite deck, its the easiest for me to read, i just connected with it. But I no longer have it, and it makes me sad, I can't get good readings from any of my other decks, and I'm looking to replace this one.

I've never had such clear readings from a deck before. I wish I had gotten this deck sooner. Now that I have it I will never let it go mwahah!

One of the great things about this deck is the price- it isn't exorbitantly expensive. Mine is well scuffed from use =)

lol, It turns out, what I bought on ebay was the book that goes with the deck, not the deck itself... silly me, i should have read the listing better. Oh well, it will make an interesting read, and after i scrounge up some more money, i can get the deck.

I've thought about getting the book. Do think it's worth buying?

its interesting. it tells a story about each of the major arcanas, and gives a few different spreads. Its more in depth than the LWB, I'm looking forward to sitting down and reading it, I think it would be beneficial for me, because I read based on the pictures anyways, so having a bit more of an understanding of those pictures seems like a good idea for me.

You can have my deck if you want it. I don't think I've had a good reading from it (although it did win the Tarot Bingo here once. :hahugh: ) I'm another one who got it because of the artwork, but it and I just didn't click (not the way the Adrian and I do. :) )
