Spirit Vists

Last night I was visited buy a Spirit. I have seen them from time to time. And I have been intouch with some freindly ones. But, the frist time I see spirits I still get scared. I think my jumping, when this one came made it go away. I wish I was not scared of them. I would of like to have know why it was there.

Are you scared because the spirit gives you a bad feeling, or is it just that this is something new to you and you don't know how to react? Spirits are usually there to teach us something, or just to give us comfort in knowing that they're here for us. You'd have to do some meditation to figure out the message.

No not a bad feeling, more just becuse I did not know it. I still remenber all thoese ghost stroies I was told as a child and things still brother me. I scare easy. I have been visited by my grandparents from time to time and I'm use to them. But, this one was new.

Then it sounds like it's not a negative spirit, but you might want to cleanse your space anyway. Foul-smelling herbs will drive negative spirits off and sweet-smelling ones such as sage and sweetgrass will invite positive ones in. As I said before, you might want to meditate upon who this could be and be open to receiving guidance.

Thanks, I'll do some cleaning and meditating tonight. I like using sage so, maybe it brings them. I think she was freindly though, just shy. So, I'll see tonight.
