For some things I can't say where I learned that bit of information or where I got that idea, but I will list any direct sources or recommendations for further reading here in this thread, to be updated as necessary.

A Dictionary of Egyptian Gods and Goddesses, GEORGE HART, [1986]
Some Hymns may be taken from:
The Papyrus of Ani, Translation by E. A. WALLIS BUDGE, [1895]
I am using the Budge translation here only because it is no longer under copyright. For your personal research other modern translations may be more accurate. (I also use the Faulkner translation, however I could not post excerpts here because of copyright concerns.)
