I know everyone looooves lavender so I must be the whackiest person in the world. I'm aware of it's ability to soothe but it's too strong for me and it makes me sneeze. I don't really like it. :(

When I was suffering from stress-related high blood pressure and anxiety (not that I'm not now, but I mean when it was really bad), I discovered this wonderful stuff. It's Johnson & Johnson Bedtime Bath for Fussy Babies. It has lavender and chamomile but it doesn't make me sneeze. That stuff worked better for me than some of my medications because it had no side effects.

But it was quite inconvenient to take a bath everytime my heart started racing. . . and then today, I found the answer! They now have it in a lotion. (That would have made my day if I hadn't also found some mint plants finally.)

My point is that it's really good stuff. If you're okay with using commercial products, you should definitely check it out. :D
