I ran it through snopes and there were no matches but it is my first time with snopes so I could have done something wrong. But Wow that was cool!

there's just no way, this has to be a hoax. It's a cool hoax though.

I figured snoaps would have it cause I agree. But either way it is a cool film.

First I don't think a snake can eat a hippo, second, if it did, I don't think it would spit it back out. Gotta be fake

That's not a hippo, its a capybara.
You can tell by the three toes on the back and the head shape and the leg width. The hair is wet and plastered down from the snakes saliva and stomach juices.
And large breed constrictors do take very large prey. That's well known.
From the looks of the video, it looks like they harassed the snake into regurgitating its dinner. Snakes will regurgitate if they get stressed and then they waste the food.

Sorry. :(
A capybara is pretty big, they go up to 140 pounds, the size of a goat or deer, but with a stout body and short legs. They average 1.6 ft high and 4 ft long. Heck thats 2 times the size of my Pygmy crosses/ND goats. :) My pure Pygmies are about the same size as the capybara.
Capybara's are a favorite food of the anaconda. In the video, it looks like an anaconda too. :)

They might have been trying to get it to "up-chuck" because they were worried what it might have eaten! Poor snake.

Exactly. And to add toy the reguritating thing.. Snakes will reguritate their food if they feel threatend and need to escape fast. A full snake tends to feel drowsy and slow.
