I am bored and trying to figure out what I want to make. I thought I would toss this out there and see what you all are having. I am thinking spaghetti with spicy sausage and cake for desert.

Well, I'm having one of 3 things..... (see how organized I am?) Hehe.... I'm either having cheese burgers (with fries, or ceasar salad), or I'm having spicy fried chicken (with salad), or I'm going out for dinner.
Either way I'm having Snickers Ice Cream for dessert. :D

Well, since it is 6:30pm and I haven't even heard from hubby when he is going to get home (should have been off work 3 hours ago- keep thinking, OT is a *good thing*) I reheated last night's lefovers. Chicken parm and sausage/meatballs and garlic bread.

Another really yummy choice! I let the birthday boy vote and so we are having mac and cheese. Go figure boys.

I haven't decided yet...just got home. The big freezer downstairs has lots of stuff, all of it rock-hard. The fridge up here has...salad in a bag, a few slices of turkey, & 8 or 9 kinds of cheese. Oh, & some chocolate, too.
So far, it looks like salad & the last of that pint of Godiva chocolate hearts ice cream.

Cold chicken, fresh bread, and salad & veggies. No desert...just coffee. The nice thing is that it was warm enough to eat out on the deck. And it's too early for bugs! :)

I think the next dinner here is fried eggplant parmasan my 12 year old has requested them. My hubbie has been asking for them too. Maybe I will make onion rings for lunch.

Well as I've had a few days off and am finally no longer sleep deprived I'm baking a spice cake right now that I will top with caramel sauce for desert and we will be having a turkey with all the trimmings for the main course just because. I love the whole cooking thing but I hate the cleanup. I guess that's what sweetheart boyfriends are for. :p
