Help!! Converting pics to a smaller pixel size!

Can anyone help me convert a picture so the pixels are smaller for an avatar?? I've tried it about a billion times and my brain is going to explode.. I lost my old avatar too so I can't just get it back :wah: Like could I possibly send you the picture and if you knew how, one of you could convert it and send it back? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

There's an avatars thread etc. in the site room, often people post the pic there and someone else resizes it for them.

I've done it a few times. Just post the pic and it'll be resized and posted again.

Also, remember, you click the pic you want THEN click Yes. :)

You could also check out gifworks.com it's really simple and then u can try out a bunch of different pictures on your own and decide which one you like best
