Merry Meet Moon Faerie
I'd love to help you out, but Im not sure what you mean?
Is this a pharse you have heard? Does it mean if the card is upright and the picture facing how it should do to look at or if the card reversed?
Hope we can all help you out soon :)

In most cases, it refers to which way the card is facing.....upright is dignified and reversed is ill-dignified. :D It's just different terminology for the same thing. ;)

When the card you are looking at looks normal that is Upright. When the card is Up-side Down to you, it is reversed. ;) Then each card will lay one way or the other, upright or reversed into your spread.
