I've been wondering what's the pagan view about the world's creation is their somthign you can tell me?

There isn't *a* Pagan view. Most people have their own theory or belief, independent of what Pagan trad they come from. I think this has probably been discussed in more detail in Theology & Philosophy tho.

Most that I've talked to differentiate between the mythical origin of the world (which may vary by trad: Asatru using the Norse version with the goat and the ice, for example) and the actual origin of the world -- the Big Bang, the development of star systems from cosmic dust, evolution of life, and all that. I don't know anybody that thinks the mythical explanations are actual -- except for Christians, and not all of them.

There are lots of people who believe in the earth mother bringing forth all life type myth. I think that exists in different ways in different cultures.

I believe in divinely inspired evolution or something confusing and chaotic at least...:D
