Quabalah

I'm not exacly sure where this post fits so I will put it here. I have been doing a lot of reading on Tarot of late and many of the book make mention of The Golden Dawn and the Quabalah. I was just wondering what exactly the Quabalah is and what is its significance to Tarot. If anyone has any sites that help to explain and offer resourses it would be greatly appreciated.

There's a book by David Allen Hulse about the Kabalah and Tarot. Haven't read it yet but it looks good!
