I've come to a point in my life where I have a choice of two paths:

One is sort of the 'easy' way. I know that I'll never want for anything material but emotional I'll starve. I won't have my dreams but I'll have practicallity. I could probably follow this path on and live semi-happily with the panic attacks, insomnia and low-grade depression that stems from it. More so with medication I'm sure (ick!).

The other is sort of 'who knows what will happen' path. It means forsaking everything (and perhaps everyone) I know but it offers me a chance at emotional freedom and to have my dreams without being suffocated.

I'd say go for the second one.

I've got the 7 of cups (all upright, leading to a castle in the sky), Page of Swords, and 10 of Pents (couple on a pegasus riding to a castle in the distance with 10 pents above them). I'd say if you have the drive and desire to do this you will succeed. Follow your dreams and give your all and you'll find your castle. It may be difficult but I think you will be happier even if you aren't as wealthy as you would be with the other, and since you'll be happy you *will* be wealthier then you could've imagined.

Just my 2 cents :)

Thanks Myst, I still have a lot to sort out mentally but that helps me a lot. Anyone else who want to add a reading or some input is welcome since this is such a big deal for me.

I pulled the Hangman for you, Maya. It may not be very helpful as you can read it as sacrificing, giving up things for the greater good. Sacrificing your own needs for others. So, you can take it as picking Door #1. for the overall security.

Or Door #2 where you can take it as giving up the comforts of material gains for the greater happiness of yourself. Letting go & accepting whatever unknown that may come and see where your gods will lead you.

Personally, I'm a strong advocate of the "follow your heart" school. In the end, you're the one who has to live with the decision. Your comments sounds like you already know what's best for you. You're just looking for that push.

I read something once about man needing more than just bread and water. . . :) sage advice, methinks. . . without a heart and soul, after all, what more is the body than an empty shell?
