Hey to everyone out there. Hoping the long weekend was good for everyone else.
I don't usually ask for help, but this is something that needs to be done.
Does anyone know of a spell or chant which I can use to calm myself down? Anything aromatherapy related? Some people I associate with are starting to rile me up, agitate me. I don't want to lash out on them, so I'm hoping someone out there has some idea of what I can do.
Thanks!!

I'm a newbie in a lot of things so I don't know about spells or rituals, oils or chants. But meditating might do the trick - I do it and it really helps me to relax!!
Just light a few candles, put music on you like, sit in a room you feel comfortable and can't be disturbed, go sit on the most trusted place in that room, sit how you like to sit. Then close your eyes, and look inside your own mind. Look for the things that are unsolved, try to see them as a person you talk with. Try to make it a good conversation and try to end it happy. It works for me, hope I could help you with that.
Good luck!

Thanks Mark,
I'll be sure to try that! And sooner than later... I just hope that I'll be able to manage myself at school with these people tomorrow...

I think I know how you feel, I've been through the same thing if I'm not mistaking about what you are talking about. This really is a solution. Stay calm.
Blessed be you my friend

Thanks for the added confidence. It's kind of sad that I've known these people, forever, litterally.
sending you my thanks.

Have you tried deep breathing? When you find yourself getting upset or stressed out, try breathing slowly & deeply from your diaphragm. Inhale through your nose, let the air roll through your throat & down into your lungs. Exhale the same. Inhale to the count of 3, exhale to the count of 6. Make your exhale twice as long as your inhale.
Try this...inhale (51), exhale (50), inhale (49), exhale (48), etc. until you reach 20. Then inhale & exhale on 19, 18, etc. by the time you get to 1, you'll be calm & at peace.

Lavender, vanilla and rose are all relaxing oils. If you take time to have a long bath, add one of these. I normally go with lavender, it's cheap and easy. Just add a few drops. Also, chamomile tea is a wonderful aid to calmness, however, this one makes me fall to sleep. Meditation, and centering often helps cope with those that are getting us down, as has already been stated. Also, take a long hard look at the things that are upsetting you. Are they things that are really important to you or are you being too hard on others or yourself?

When in a jam and I don't have time to do a spell or a cleansing ritual I take Kava Kava. It can be bought over the counter in capsule form and it really works for me as far as calming me down fairly quickly.
