Wep Ronpet 2007 Card Exchange

This looked like a popular idea last year, so I would like to carry on with the tradition this year.


Deadline to sign up:
Sunday 1st July
Deadline to send your cards out:
25th July for international addresses
1st August for addresses in the same country as yourself


Guidelines for the card exchange:

- Please PM me With the name you would like to be used on your card and your snail mail address so that I can draw names.
Important! Please let me know if your envelope should be left plain or not.

- I will PM you the contact details for the person or people you will be writing to around the 24th June. This should give everyone at least a month to plan and work on their cards.

The number of people who each individual will exchange with will depend on how many people sign up for the exchange. If there is only a small number, I would like to match up each person with 2 or 3 cards. As long as enough people sign up, the person or persons who will send you a card will be different from the ones you will write to. Its more fun to be surprised when you check the post.

I'm a bit behind on this, so if anyone else wants to join in you have until sunday (1st July) at which time I will sort everyone's addresses out and let everyone know whats going on.

We haven't had a whole lot of responses this year, so maybe just do a group exchange if everyone is willing? (7 people right now I think.)

hmm... uhmm... crap - The end of this week has been... terrible. Let me just say.
Despite not mentioning it online to anyone, a lot of crud has been stirred up - starting on Wednesday night. As a result... I haven't mailed out all the cards. I'm going to try to finish the last few before bed, but I feel terrible that they're just leaving now. :(

Especially since I'm leaving town tomorrow for a week. *sigh*
I'll try to get the out before we leave, but extend my sincerest most guilt-filled apologies in case I don't have the chance.

Vacations are usually supposed to be breaks from the stress... but it seems to me at the moment... that neither home nor visiting the family is going to be pleasant. At home, I have to face work, where things are... not going well. And family... too many things that are too private atm.
