PETERSBURG, Ky. - Like most natural history museums, this one has exhibits showing dinosaurs roaming the earth. Except here, the giant reptiles share the forest with Adam and Eve.

That, of course, is contradicted by science, but that’s the point of the $25 million Creation Museum rising fast in rural Kentucky.

Its inspiration is the Bible — the literal interpretation that contends God created the heavens and the earth and everything in them just a few thousand years ago.

Here is a sneak peek at the Creation Museum.

Yes, isn't it amazing. I would wonder where all the darker people came from but I bet they have a real good explaination for all that.

Yep. I once called an Open Forum on Christian Radio asking about something along these lines... One of the participants suggested, in not so many words, that it was their sin that colored their skin for the world to see. Out of this world. Even his colleagues were blown away by that statement.

I kind of want to see how they explain the scientific evidence for evolution...or rather how they interpret that evidence as pointing to creation.

The only thing I cant understand is how someone could believe fiction over absolute fact. The earth is flat too I suppose. ;)

I've had a teacher argue that the evidence we have for evolution is actually proof against it. I don't remember where he was trying to go with it, it was all fairly silly.

The logical gymnastics described by that article are just unbelievable. Literally and metaphorically. :flamer:
