Dancingwind in the hospital again.

My wife Dancingwind got hit with another Kidney stone attack yesterday. She went from going to the doctors office to spend the night at the hospital. They went in last night to try to take the stone out but because she had fever, the doctor felt it was not safe to do so. They did however find another way around it. I think they call it a "stent" what they put inside her to help the stones to pas easier. She Did pas fragments of stones during the day and hopefully they will all come out soon.

She will be coming home tomorrow if everything goes well. I would be grateful if you could send her some warming and healing thoughts, I know I will.

Dancingwind will be online when she feels up to it soon as she's home from the hospital, to tell you guys all about it.

It did help because although this attack was worse than the first...it didn't hurt nearly as bad. So thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the well wishes. Thanks Annest. The drugs are working pretty well right now so I can actually sit up to type a few lines...lol I will still have to go back for more surgery in a couple of weeks but things should be ok after that.

I will. Last night started out a little rough because I couldn't get comfortable but then the pain meds kicked in and I went to sleep pretty quick. I feel better this morning although not 100%. I will keep updating when I find out anything. Thanks!

Thank you. The doctor did say if I don't pass the main stone in a couple of weeks it will mean definite surgery...but then he also said he didn't think it would pass anyway. Nice of the doctor to have confidence in his patient...:hehehehe:

well, ya know DW, im pretty good at butcheri.... i mean preforming surgery... i can always make an anestetic(sp) from the nightshade growing in my back yard and clean off my table and take care of the stones for free! and i even promise to keep the cats locked in the the back room til im done too!

(SM19, ill prolly need ya to hold her down though!! :lol: )

and when we're all done, we can go out and roast some marshmellows or something!:)

it's too big. He has to go in and bust it up and when it's been removed, he can take the stent out as well. YAY.

It could be worse. If I hadn't gone in when I did I could've had a systemic infection because my right kidney was completely blocked. Ouch.

I go in to the doctor on the 29th. I haven\t passed any more of the stone ans I cant take my medicine now because I am having some stomach problems with it.
