You will find spells in Magick & Rituals - in particular look at the stuck thread at the top of that forum; it has a link to some rune spells that Rick has made for us, including a healing one if I remember correctly.
Other then that, you could just light a blue candle, and relax and drink lots of fluids (maybe not all at the same time lol)

If you've had the stomach flu for a while, bear in mind that the best thing to do is to slowly reintroduce foods you couldn't eat into your diet again. Especially the meat and coffee.
For veggies, I'd suggest juiced or cooked so they're already soft.

Perhaps adding some yogurt into your diet or taking an acidophilous culture will help you get the proper bacteria back into your intestinal tract and that in turn will make it possible to eat more and better.

i'm sorry to hear you aren't well.
just focus your good energies to your stomach.if it's still kinda cramping, you should try rubbing it gently, with maybe some soothing body oils. camomile would work well. drink some soothing teas, and eat bits of the food you ate before you got sick, but slowly increase the amounts as you go.
get better soon! i'll send some good energies to you!!
love and brightest blessings!

I’ve been home all day with the same thing DragonStar. My mom made me some tea and that pretty much fixed me (I’ll see if I can find out what kind of tea).

I read somewhere that Jello can be good to help soothe the tummy...
even some flavored carbonated water.. BUT READ THE LABEL
you dont want to make the same mistake I did saturday, that really scared me!!
if you drink tea, go with decaf :D
I have been caffine free for almost 2 months now :)

I'd go with *peppermint* tea, and ginger ale as opposed to carbonated water, but that's just me :)
