I'm a wannabe organized person who doesn't quite make it! I start off by putting them into my Book of Shadows, but that book is something of a journal/BOS/notetaker. I'm good about writing down the date and time of day, question meditating on, and a note about the circumstances that I was meditating on. Then, too, I have about four decks that I use - all with different symbologies and meanings. So-I have lots of references to choose from. I like to keep everything in the one place, however, because I tend to do more than one action about a given concern. This way I can look back and see what was effective, what was challenging, etc - and have a better insight into the results.
