Who's the best match for an Aquarius?

I'm an Aquarius and am looking for the right match but I cant seem to figure out who would be the right one and who to aviod. I was born on feb 1. My best friend is a libra and my ex was a taurus...I dont know if that helps. But thank you for looking.

Aquarius tend to get along BEST with other air signs such as gemini and libra. I would say that two water bearers are a good match but they're possibly TOO much alike so that could lead to probs. I believe that the fire signs such as sagittarius, aries, and leos are hot (literally:hahugh: ) matches too. All that air just makes them flames get higher and higher. Usually though the air and fire signs are the lives of the parties and when they come together they raise hell! Oh...i'm gettin' off topic. Sorry!!8O

Just keep in mind that it's not always based on your sun sign and theirs. There's soooooo much more to astrology and it could be other factors in one's chart that makes you compatible like the moon and rising signs.:)

I haven't read into the other posts yet, (I know, my bad) but you really should have your chart done. As an Aquarian Sun, sure, other Air signs, such as Gem and Libra are fine on the surface. That HARDLY means they will be your destined soulmate.

It's an infamous theory that Leo and Aquarians get on nicely. But again, both your natal charts together, in a Composite (synastry) chart could show widely differing factors.

My ex, for example was a TRIPLE Libra. I'm a Scorpio, Virgo ASC, Aries Moon.

In our Synastry chart, as he has 7 planets in Libra,(including Mars, which rules fights, and confrontations) the OPPOSITE of Aries, (my Moon, which rules feelings and emotions) all those planets(some within a 00 to 01 degree orb) opposed my Moon in his 2nd House, of possesions, and money. Moon oppose Mars is bad enough. That was just a SIXTH of it.

We ARGUED and FOUGHT daily. He almost drove me to drink...

Just because his Sun is in Scorpio, does NOT brand him as the stereotypical sex addict. You need to have his Natal Chart done, and there, you will see his character. He may only have his Sun and Neptune in Scorpio, and the rest in Pisces, which could be his ASC. (Rising Sign) and Moon Sign as well. There, you would find a very UN-Scorpio like person. Myself, I am VERY much a Scorpio, with Pluto, it's ruler in my First House, no less. Along with Mars, and Uranus. Any other Astrologer can tell you, with those positions, along with Venus, Neptune, Mercury, and my Sun in Scorpio in my 3rd House, I am NOT someone to take lightly.

Typically, a good match for an Aquarius is another air sign or fire sign, ie: Libra, Aquarius, Gemini, Aries, Leo and Sag. However, there can be mitigating factors as others have pointed out here.

My ex of ten years was an aquarius, and we got along fine, the fact that we're not together, notwithstanding. :crazylaug

We've done this a few times before - but basically, saying "I'm zodiac sign X, who will I get on with?" is like saying "I'm English and my neighbour is Italian; will we get on?". It depends on so many factors.

For love matches, you want to be looking at Venus and Mars rather than the Sun - if you check out my article in the Mystic Wicks Magazine for April last year (http://mwm.mysticwicks.com/archive/3/ - then click on "A Celestial Affair") there's a simple (but not foolproof) method for working it out :)

well any sign can be a good pair, even if this astrologer says that they aren't, and any sign can be a bad pair no matter what astrologer tells you otherwise. It's about working through it, I am not supposed to be compatible with earth signs but I can't resist them, and at the moment, the love of my life (and yes I am an aquarius just so you know) is a capricorn, aquarians are supposed to be compatible with sagittarians, geminis, libras, and other aquarians, but it's also about individual personalities, and again how you work with each individual as a person as lover/spouse/bf/gf/ best friend/ etc. Me personally I do well with capricorns, tauruses, aquarians and leos. Libras are too wishy-washy (no offense to libras) which drives me crazy, I've never dated a gemini to my knowledge, and Aries are too bossy(no offense to any aries either.)

As others already said Air with Air or Fire. Typically best Air with Air. Aquarius, Libra, Gemini with each other or Air w/ Fire Aquarius, Libra, Gemini w/ Aries, Leo, Sag. But, it depends ultimately on each other natal chart.

Honestly, speaking from XP Aquarius and Leo excellent in friendship not romance. Either drive each other to drink or drink to party together. I think Aquarius and Libra seem to make a good match, then Gemini. I know alot of Air people.
