Anyone interested in reading me?

If anyone read my post in Magick and ritual "the thing about being Pagan", I know what everyone thinks but I am really curious about what a tarot reading would say about it. From a learning standpoint.. both life learning and tarot learning.

Sure! I've got my deck on hand luckily enough! :D

Ok, here's what I got:

Four of Swords: My deck shows someone meditating in the desert. You've got a lot to think about and perhaps you could use an afternoon or even weekend by yourself to think?

Three of Swords: Whatever choice you make will be painful and you need to be certain you're prepared to commit to and stick with whatever decision you make.

Six of Pents: If you are comitted to your decision your karma/yinyang/energy will balance out in time. I see issues being resolved and someone stronger for the journey.

I did a one card draw for you & got the Hanged Man:
I think this is building on Earthcup's reading.. I think you might be sacrificing some things (maybe doing the old "going one step back to go two steps forward" dealie) or you're just taking your time to reflect on what's going on (emphasis on the 4 of Swords)

3 of Swords, 4 of Staffs, Ace of Cups, 10 of Pentacles

Lots of happy cards here after the conflict. You see the three of you in the 3 of Swords.

Meanwhile the 4 of Staffs shows 4 trees with growth and beauty all around them, and a castle and a full moon in the distance. The ace of cups, with a dove and a full moon, also speak of emotional happiness. Finally the 10 of Pentacles shows a man and woman riding a pegasus through a gate to a castle in the distance.

The waxing moon in the 10 of Pents suggests that there's a ways to go to find this happiness. But the two full moons and the general positiveness of this reading say to me that you will find happiness.

But even so, there is the 3 of Swords, with 3 swords together above ferns that curve up into the shape of a big heart, which the swords point into. You know this is a very emotionally charged time for you, but you will find happiness. You know your way and you need only the courage to take it and the time to plot your path.

I think this reading speaks very well for you, you will find happiness! Take the other folks' advice here and take some time to mediate or consider your path, and it will surely lead you to vast happiness :)

I have done readings for myself but it is so emotional I cant read it right but the three of swords is often often there.

The choice.

one man who is so much like me(likes dislikes lifestyle,personality) whom I love and have for a long time, well you've read my gushing.

a man I married who was a great friend and it was comfortable. A man who then abandoned me but who is now tttttterrrifffffied of losing me and is trying so hard to be what I would want but I am not comfortable even touching because my heart is full of another.

It's like I need a clean slate..an empty heart and start new.

It doesn't help that my astrological charts speak better for the former then the later.

Maybe some time alone is what the doctor ordered then. Get away from distractions and try to see things from a fresh perspective.

I think once you've decided you'll be much happier and at peace. Agonising over these life decisions can really wear you out! :D
