I tried doing a search for this in the forums, but it seperated the words and I got 500 results, so I figured I'd better just do a post. I'm looking for information on gods and or goddesses of health. I'm particularly drawn to to the Greek, but don't want to limit myself to just that area. Any information, links, etc would be appreciated.

you might consider Apollo.
or more specifically regarding medicine you could look into Aesclepius.

There are also the Irish deities Brighid, Airmid (http://www.seanet.com/%7Einisglas/airmid.html) (goddess of herbal healing), Miach (god of surgery), and Dian Cécht (healing, medicine, regeneration). For a more extensive list try Wikipedia's Health Deities Category (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Health_deities).

Heh...I just made this same post on another forum. Convenient, eh? :-)
Enjoy!
There's Apollo, as Theres mentioned...
http://www.theoi.com/Olympios/Apollon.html
And Asklepios, who is one of Apollo's sons...
http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/Asklepios.html
Asklepios (or Asclepius) was the god of medicine and the patron of the ancient guild of the doctors.
There is also Paeon. commonly considered an aspect of Apollo, but sometimes seen as a minor deity in his own right
http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/Paion.html
And Iaso
http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/AsklepiasIaso.html
Iaso was the goddess of cures, remedies and the modes of healing.
And Panakeia
http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/AsklepiasPanakeia.html
Panakeia (or Panacea) was the goddess of cures and panaceas (in the form of medicines, salves and other curatives).
And Hygeia
http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/AsklepiasHygeia.html
Hygeia was the goddess of good health.
And Aigle
http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/AsklepiasAigle.html
Aigle (or Aegle) was the goddess of radiant good health. She was one of the many daughters of the medicine-god Asklepios.
...and Akeso
http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/AsklepiasAkeso.html
Akeso was the goddess of healing (wounds) and curing (illness). Unlike her sister Panakeia she represented the process of a curing rather than the cure itself.

If the Celts appeal to you at all, look up Dian Cecht.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dian_Cecht is but one link.
