someone explain to me how the karma works now

If you like what someone says, you can give them good karma. Once you have 50 posts (I believe) the karma you give counts on the other person's karma score and the karma you've been given shows up as your karma power. There's an FAQ with a better explaination of how it works somewhere on the site.
