My friend cut herself with a razor today. I was wondering if there are any herbs you can put on a cut like that to make it stop bleeding faster. Any suggestions?

There are herbal coagulants but I'm a bit leery of recomending any of them as most of them are used internally. The problem with taking an herb for such a thing is that it could affect a lot more than just the cut. There may be unknown health issues and such herbs can cause blood clots if used wrong.
Here's one thing that is safe to use. Again, I would recomend plantain in this case. Plantain is a good herb for all kinds of cuts & wounds & insect bites & stings. Same thing as before, find a fresh plantain leaf & chew it slightly & apply that to the cut. Both the broad leaf and the narrow leaf variety works the same. Powdered cranesbill root works well too but it's not something most people have lying around. :D Plantain, being the weed it is, is readily available just outside our doors. :)
An odd thing to try (and it does work) is a small dab of honey. The honey will dry to form a natural bandage as well the properties of honey will promote a quick healing to close the cut.

Comfrey. You can put the dried powder on the wound and let it form a clot, or use the fresh leaf to make a poultice. It's a coagulant, and an antiseptic, and an anaesthetic, and it stimulates healing, all at once.
