Looking for teas and such that will help strengthening the uterus and cervix and help treat an incompetent cervix.
I've heard raspberry leaf tea has this effect but I've also heard it can have the opposite effect.

I think that Raspberry Leaf Tea is exactly what you are looking for, however, I think most people reccomend you not take it until the last trimester.
