(Mods, I placed this here, but feel free to move it if it goes somewhere better).

So, apparently I have blocks that I (assume) I placed some time ago. I don't know why I have them, or how I got them, but I have them. Different people I've met have told me different things about how it feels to them. I've been told that it felt like a mean wall, another that said it felt like the tides in the ocean, and another that said it felt like just touching a void.

At one point, I had pretty decent energy control, but not outside my body, just inside. I could move a ball of energy around my body, flowing, but when I tried to push it out, it felt like it slammed into something hard and just left me hurting.

Everyone always says "you need to break down the walls" blah blah blah, and when I ask how, the response I get is "only you know how..." ???? I don't get it. Maybe that's part of the problem. Does anyone have any ideas for me? If anything is unclear just ask... I'm really tired right now. :p

Thanks in advance.

First step is to get to know yourself.

Method:
- Keep a daily, detailed diary of your emotions and memories, for at least 6 months (preferably a year).
- If you find something you'd rather not think about, think about it anyway. Process it. Write about it. Read it. Accept it.
- If you find nothing you'd rather not think about, you might not have any blocks...

This is most interesting to me because I have these "blocks" as well. I've had numerous people tell me how these blocks "look and feel". My interest is in how to remove these blocks. I journal regularly and nothing is "taboo", I rant, rave, cry, laugh and more....so even though there are very difficult things I face...I face them...yet the blocks remain.
