Victoria has started sounding out letters and I cant get past the uh sound. Like in toy she says tuh oyyy. On the words that dont have it like hat she sounds them out and understands the word very fast. But when the uh is in there like toy she cant get the word. How can I get her to make the word sound with out the uh so that it is t-oy and not t-uh-oy???
Please help???

Modeling and repetition.
Just do it with her, correct her when she's got it wrong and praise her when she's got it right. Then do it again, and again, and again...

I have been doing that every day, I just think there must be ways the elementary teachers and Home schooling parents must have to get over this hurdle.

Sometimes a wee bit of time helps. Leave it for now and reintroduce the concept in a few weeks or even months. You will be surprised how much difference it can make to give her a bit of time to process. Thats one of the benefits of homeschooling: doing things at a pace that suits the individual. Even if this were being taught in school, she might not pick it up the first time and the class would move on, probably without the teacher even realizing she had missed that and she would just pick it up the next time it came up. In the meantime, read up yourself on some books about teaching phonics and see if you can find some tips.

Yeah, I agree with Rad. If she isn't ready, its okay. She will be later.
I think I have mentioned before that I used a computer game to start dd off with phonics. Starfall.com is a great site and it makes learning fun for the child. But not every kid is the same, so what worked for me might not work for you.

I went there and all I saw was things to purchase online. Is that what you meant? I got the idea that it was more of an online game.

Link Through Starfall (http://www.starfall.com/n/level-a/learn-to-read/load.htm?f)
I've included the link from inside starfall to the reading part. It should help with her sounding things out. We use this site all the time with RW. :)
It is just a time thing hun. Most kids do it, but the uh will get dropped after awhile.

I'll also say that I have personally experienced feeling like I was banging my head against a wall trying to teach telling time to my daughter very early on in our homeschooling. She and I both finally became so frustrated by it, I just dropped the subject entirely for 2-3 months. I then reintroduced it...and, at that point, my daughter very quickly caught on to the whole aspect.
Sometimes, they are just NOT cognitively ready and a little more time before introducing it will work WONDERS!!

No, not at all!

There should be four clickable boxes on your screen when you get there. One for each different reading/pre reading level.
I do have Norton installed and it blocks pop-ups. Perhaps that was the problem? I'm looking at their main page now and see no ads or anything to buy.
