My college bookstore had this deck for $5.98 so I decided to grab it today. Haven't had much time to go over it, but was wondering what anyone else who may have this deck thinks of it. First impression is that the cards are a bit thinner than I am used to. The imagery is a bit odd, but again this is just first impressions. They are all drawings and paintings done by Da Vinci, so perhaps a bit of research into those will help to clarify why they were chosen for each particular card. I'll have to go through the book over the next few days and see what I can figure out.

AH!! :D One of my own oddities in my collection - & might I add, you got it for a STEAL-DEAL - ???!!! :p hehe
Ok, this is a VERY dense system - one I couldn't manage to master, but then I haven't devoted a lot of time to it. I LOVE Caitlin Matthews, too - but BOY the scholarship!!! :p It sure is one to study over a long period of time!
I got odd readings out of it - mainly because I don't like how you have to keep looking at the book to figure out the meanings, that rubs me wrong. I like to just look & read.
Well those are MY thoughts... Mind you, this one is a beauty (silvery & gleaming) & I don't want to get rid of it; I only hope to eventually get rather better at reading with it! Memorizing those complicated spreads was also quite off-putting for me. Maybe I'll pull this one back out & have a looksie at it again... ;)
