If you're going to plant a garden and you want to keep the bugs out without using pesticides, plant Marigolds and Chrysanthemums as a border around your garden. Bugs hate it! The first modern bug repellents were made out of the crushed petals.

Merry Merry,
Would be to use citrus dish soap a capful or two to a gallon of water
and this will help more water get to the roots and really discourage any bugs
from attacking the plants ,

As much as I love it , can be a real thug in the garden , taking over
and growing all over the place :>, I like to mint in containers but then,
ther isnt any reason you cant do the containers next to the garden :>>

Neem oil, or garlic oil work to get rid of a bug problem if you have them already.
