Help with dream

I had the strangest dream last night and was wondering if anyone could help me with it.


I dreamed I was at the ocean in a glass doored shack during a HUGE storm , but the sky was blue and there was no rain. The only reason I feel it was during a storm was the waves were larger than usual. There was a natural stone wall in front of me with a gigantic stone blocking the waves from where I was. As the waves hit the wall a stone gave way and the gigantic stone began to crack. Finally a big wave hit and everything gave way including the larger stone. The water began to flood the shack and I got caught in the shack until the wave pulled back. I wasn't afraid or anything I just waited until it was ok to come out and then I woke up.


if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I usually don't dream this vividly or with so much color.

Water symbolizes emotion. Walls symbolize obstacles and blockages. This dream image is very clear to me in that it appears that there is a flood of emotion that is building up with such force that it can knock down a stone wall. Possibly you are dealing with a buildup of emotion that can turn into a dangerous outburst......or you are ready to let down your walls with someone.

Thanks Myst! I have been having some problems with my boss but I wasn't afraid to confront or face what would happen.

Freyja, as far as emotions are concerned this was a very emotional battle between us. My boss and I have become somewhat friends and my boss insulted that frienship. He decided not to say he was wrong but instead tried to put the blame on me. (he insulted me in front of a patient)

I guess it was my minds way of telling me that everthing was going to be alright in the end and take the stand.
