I feel Like Job.

I am personally in good health and my job is secure and such... but all hell seems to be breaking out all around me to those I love. I hardly have the energy to log on any more... you may have noticed.

Not looking for answers... don't even know what the questions would be. Just tired........ so damned tired and feeling kind of numb.

Thank you my friend. I am almost afraid to do too much talking right now. I Should be angry and scared but all I feel is numb. I think the numb is nature's way of creating stability.... like the emotional equivalent of a swollen ankle. I have so much still to do and so many depending on me. A breakdown wouldn't be beneficial. I need a vacation. Perhaps I will visit Australia.:viking:

I have been feeling the same way. Too much going on, chaos all around, and I am too drained to do anything but watch as everything falls apart. I have heard several other people say similar things. I have so much to do, by the time the grandbabies are in bed, I am too exhausted to move. Lots of stuff is being left undone, I cannot do it all, but everyone seems to expect me to. I keep saying someone up there is trying to make a saint out of me, but I don't want to be one! I 'll hang in there if you will!!!( as if that is even a choice!!!) :wave:

I hadn't thought of describing it that way, but that's about how I'm starting to feel as well. Guess it's getting to me, because I stayed home from family therapy tonight - which may have been a good thing because the therapist got a good look at the behavior that's troubling us with the 5-year old, and if I'd been there I'd have tried to make her behave instead of letting him see. (guess maybe that's one area where I am a little bit of a control freak)

Probably doesn't really help to know others are feeling the same way, but I sympathise with ya and just wanna share a hug. :hugz:
