As the title of the thread says, here are a couple of nuclear weapon effects simulators. You can change the yield size of the weapon to see what the varying blast radii would be and get an idea of what type of damage would occur at what distance from ground zero.

This first one uses Google maps, so you can move the detonation point to anywhere in the US.

This second one only has a few major cities available, but you can choose between a ground burst and an air burst, and see what the difference in the level of destruction would be. You can move the detonation point to anywhere within each city simply by clicking on a spot.
