Hey Gang!

I was on south st last thursday and when I went to visit a friend of mine's store, one of her employees told me that in September,

Dolores Ashcroft Nowicki will be paying a visit!

I will post more info as I find out.. if anyone would like to go they would need to contact Fran or Loralee and make a reservation so stay tuned!!! :D

i LOVE her books!
'Highways of the Mind' is a great book on pathworking, and 'Tree of Ecstacy' is an interesting Qabalistic approach to sex magick.
in one of her intros, she talks about being evacuated from her home in the Channel Islands during the war. she was taken to a small village in the north called Wallasey, where she spent many nights in the air-raid shelters. i was born in Wallasey, which is a very small town near Liverpool, and my mother used to go into those same bomb shelters. so, the chances are pretty good...
anyway, she is a fascinating woman, and i would encourage anyone in that area to pay a visit!

"the magical use of thoughtforms" that was a very powerful book! I read it twice and have lent it to a friend to read...
