Would anyone like to do a reading swap?

I would really really like a reading right now about general life direction, and also about love issues... (the two are quite connected for me now).

And I'll gladly do one in return! :boing:

I haven't done a reading for anyone in days so I'll jump on this one. I'll do a general one now because I think you've already stated what you want. If you wanted something more specific, pm and I'll do it agian ;)

1st card represents the situation -- I pulled the Five of Wands. The card represents disagreements, hassles, and sometimes, competition. It can also mean changing ideas or getting rid of beliefs that no longer work for you. It can signify a change in worldview or lessons learned and that you might be needing to or be already paying attention to new areas. My deck is the Witches Tarot. In this deck, when you pull a court card, you lay the next card on top of it as court cards only modify other cards. The modifer for this card was the Prince of Cups. The prince of cups means that this situation has taken on an emotional/intuitional concept. This seems appropriate since your questions center on love and the way it is connected to the events of your life right now. The Five of Wands is usually a battle. Your environment seems to be fighting you. But keep in mind that while other cards might represent a single major obstacle, the Five of Wands represents tons and tons of endless minor irritating ones.

2nd card represents the present status -- I pulled the Two of Wands. This card can indicate that there is a question of power. Someone has it and someone else wants it or the power is unbalanced and someone seeks to bring it back into balance . It can also signify that the time is right for a bold and creative move. You must take the initiative. Be original but let your wisdom guide you to the goal you seek.

3rd card represents the outcome -- I pulled the Seven of Swords. This is very interesting because it can mean lots of different things for your situation. This card represents secret, solitary plans and sneaking off or avoiding obligations. This can be a sign that either you or someone else is planning to go it alone. It can also represent procrastination and secret dishonor. I would say if this card is speaking of you, make sure that you are choosing a path you will be comfortable with. This card may merely be trying to remind you that you have this option. Whatever the case, I see you resolving your situation completely on your own and hopefully, in a way that is best for you.

Let me know what you think ;)

Thanks Mithrea, you're wonderful!

You were very spot on. I live in a house with 7 other people and I had a big crush on someone I live with. He's now seeing another housemate! :bug: There's a bit of tension around ... some difficult vibes to contend with. I was thinking of moving out, but I dont want to, because in other ways I like it here. I'm just getting an idea of what the new situation is going to be like - and yes, that's spot on, like a lot of little hassles rather than one big disagreement. I have tried to talk with the other woman involved but she's quite closed to me and the tension is still there.

I am learning a lot from the situation also, and enjoying that part of it.

The outcome - well I am probably going to go away for a few days, for some space and solitude. As much as to try to integrate and consider what I've learned as to gain some perspective, and also to be around nature for a bit. Coming from another angle, your reading is making me think I maybe need to try talking again with my housemate, although I am getting a bit exasperated! And also, the problems will still be here when I get back, so although a few days away will be good I can't pretend they will turn things back to how they were.

I especially liked the idea of finding a bold and creative solution. Before all this we all used to be friends, maybe it can be that way again.

Thanks massively! :) Will post you a reading tonight.

Ah, now the reading makes much more sense to me too ;)

Something to mention: You say you live with seven other people. If you notice, the first two cards equal seven and the third card was a seven. I don't know what to make of that, it's up to you, but I noticed it and thought I would mention it. Maybe it's just a little validation :)

Glad to help. PM me anytime :D
