Good day to all of you and may many beautiful blessings embrace your path as you journey. My name is Seraph BloodStone, a fairly odd man here in the midst of the bible belt. Indianapolis, Indiana is where my homestone is and I wish and pray everyday that I become a vehicle of change in this city. I believe now, at the ripe age of 30, that I am going to start helping to make that change here in Indianapolis, a change for the better and that is much needed.

In my sparetime, whenever I get any from work, I like to write poetry, draw in graphite and pen and ink, read, drum a bit on my tambourine, and practice Zen meditation; which I am currently in search of a Zen master to teach me properly. I also like spending quality time with family, friends, and my two dogs. I work a lot, so I try and soak up any sparetime I can get. I also like hiking through the woods. I have a deep fondness for the forest.

As for my path, mine is a rather odd mixture. My path is a mixture of Shamanic practices such as alchemy, medicine, and vision questing with Buddhist philosophy and knowledge. Add in that I also hold the Hindu "gods", called avatars, in my heart, it makes for quite an interesting journey I am travelling on. This fashioned path of mine I name Gaian Buddhism. Eventhough I get looked at strangely from people of many different traditions and religions (including fellow Buddhists, Pagans, and some Hindus), I know in my heart that I am on the right path for myself.

So why am I here, you may ask? Well, quite simply to network and share with others who are open-hearted and open-minded much like myself. It is like someone asked me one time, "Why do you sing and chant with your fellow Pagans?" Well, we eat together, drink together, dance together, talk with each other. Practically everything we do, we do together in a bond of spirit and kindship. So why should we NOT sing and chant together. I do hope that we get the chance to dance together in this journey of life in which we all share.

Yours in Dharma,
Seraph BloodStone
