Everyone else was just saying 'hello' so I thought I would mix it up a bit.


I am a 22 year old who has just gotten interested in meditation. That is actually what brought me here - needing to know more about uses for meditation and some side effects I have been having.


I am interested in religion in general and follow my own code of ethics and worship in my own way; I am kind of a daoist, buddhist, christian, druid hybrid.
