spell for success?

does anyone know any good ones,
I'm usually okay at making my own personal spells but this one hasn't been so fruitful, so can anyone help?

Start by wanting success enough to do the work and write the spell! I don't mean to sound harsh ( I know what writer's block is like) But you really need to set that resolve.

I think Greta means write your own spell and do it, golddust. No one here has the same correspondences you do or feelings you do - and if I give you a spell based on my beliefs it won't work for you because yours and your energy are different.

Any spell should be easy to write. You don't have to put words down even. All you have to do is gather correspondences for your intent and go. That's all any spell anyone ever made is. The magic is in yourself and the ingredients are just the tool.

It's easy..

.clearly and fully work out your goal, allow no room for misunderstandings (what KIND of success do you want? in what? why? do you want to learn more, get good grades, earn more money, meet more people...? success is a VERY broad goal)

.pick correspondences that remind you of your goal
...what colours bring it to mind? what herbs? (there now you know what candle to use, what incense to use, and what to dress your candle with if you like)
...what timing makes sense - do you want to do it on a waxing moon to build success, a waning moon to remove obstacles, a full moon for strongest power? do you want to do it on a saturday for saturn? when the sun is at its highest point because of the golden sun making you think of golden success?

.do it!

You didn't mention what you did for your spell but if its based on correspondences that makes sense to you it doesn't matter if you did an elaborate spell or just lit a candle and focused. I suspect for one thing you need to target your goal more closely, that way you are focusing on it more clearly and putting more energy into it. Otherwise if it doesn't work you should examine why not, maybe there's another reason.

For instance I did a job spell that didn't work after highschool, 6 months later I learned about a college program I wanted to take - if I'd been in work I'd have never done it, that's why the spell never worked.

And yes, you have to do everything mundanely possible as well. If you haven't explored every mundane avenue you haven't put in all the energy you could. Mundane problems usually have mundane answers first, simply because often just putting the energy into the mundane work you would into the magical will make things happen.
