So, my dog was hit by a car today after making a rare escape from the yard, and died of internal injuries in my Dad's arms.

Could I ask people to send good energy for his safe travel to the Otherworld, and positive vibes to my Dad - he was very close to Jake, and he's been battling cancer all spring. This is really hard on him, even worse than on my sister and me.

So sorry to hear that Azure! The passing of a beloved pet is always so difficult. My thoughts are with your family, and with Jake. May his journey to his next destination be peaceful.

You have my sincerest condolences. It is very hard losing a pet.
There are quite a few threads scattered around about some of us
losing a pet. You may find comfort in some of them.

Azure Honey I am so very sorry! May Jake play with Bea and Barney, two amazing Keesehounds who've lately crossed over and Pricilla my beloved Irish Setter who has called the summerland home for the last 11 years.
